TA Announces 2024 Mid-Year Promotions

BOSTON – TA Associates (“TA”), a leading global private equity firm, today announced the promotion of several professionals across the firm’s global offices, effective July 1, 2024. The firm is proud to highlight a selection of promotions across its investment team, Strategic Resource Group (SRG), Capital Markets Group (CMG) and Investor Relations (IR) team below.

On TA’s investment team, Santanu Majilya has been promoted to Senior Vice President, and Daniel Winschuh has been promoted to Vice President. Within the Strategic Resource Group, Dan Brooks and Andrew Lowry have been promoted to Principal, Michael Donahue, Hannah Hellebush and Ritej Bachhawat have been promoted to Senior Vice President, and Rose Deschamps has been promoted to Vice President. On TA’s Capital Markets Group, Elliott Brennan has been promoted to Principal, and Ryan Del Monaco has been promoted to Vice President. On the firm’s Investor Relations team, Georgia Dowdall has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

Investment Team
Santanu Majilya earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s Mumbai office, Santanu focuses on investments in consumer and business services companies across India and the Middle East. He is actively involved in the firm’s investments in OmniActive Health Technologies and Zifo RnD Solutions. Before joining TA, he worked at Avendus Capital.

Daniel Winschuh earned the promotion to Vice President. Daniel is based in TA’s Menlo Park office, focusing on investments in financial services and financial technology companies in North America. He serves on the Board of Directors of AGA Benefit Solutions and is actively involved in TA’s investments in Apex Group, Green Street and Wealth Enhancement Group. Before joining TA, Daniel worked in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse.

Strategic Resource Group
Dan Brooks earned the promotion to Principal. Based in TA’s Boston office, Dan focuses on supporting operations and driving growth in the TA healthcare portfolio. Before joining TA, he was an Associate at McKinsey & Company. Previously, Dan served for ten years in the U.S. Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Major.

Andrew Lowry earned the promotion to Principal. Based in TA’s Boston office, Andrew partners with management teams across TA’s business services and financial services portfolio to drive value creation and scale growth. Before joining TA, Andrew worked at Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs. Previously, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain.

Michael Donahue earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s Boston office, Michael focuses on value creation across the firm’s portfolio, where he partners with management teams to help scale finance, operations and analytics capabilities to support future growth. Before joining TA, he worked as a Finance Transformation Director at KPMG.

Hannah Hellebush earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Hannah is based in TA’s Boston office, focusing on value creation across the firm’s consumer portfolio. Before joining TA, she worked as a Marketing Director at Dragonfly Commerce and as a Case Team Leader at Parthenon-EY.

Ritej Bachhawat earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s Mumbai office, Ritej leads the firm’s SRG activities in India, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and improving performance for TA portfolio companies. Before joining TA, Ritej was an integral part of McKinsey & Company’s Operations practice in India.

Rose Deschamps earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Rose leads TA’s human capital efforts across Europe, assisting management teams and deal sponsors in identifying world-class executive talent. Before joining TA, she worked at Executive Nexus as a Team Leader in customer success. Previously, she held roles at Spencer Stuart and Egon Zehnder.

Capital Markets Group
Elliott Brennan earned the promotion to Principal. Based in TA’s Boston office, Elliott focuses on TA’s capital markets activities in North America for new acquisitions and portfolio companies, and on fostering strong relationships with the firm’s financing partners. Before joining TA, he held capital markets roles at Citizens Financial Group and Regions Bank.

Ryan Del Monaco earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s Austin office, he supports the firm’s overall capital markets activities for new acquisitions and portfolio companies. Before joining TA, he worked in the Asset Based Lending Group at Santander Bank.

Investor Relations
Georgia Dowdall earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Georgia focuses on the firm's relationships with Limited Partners, primarily in Europe. Before joining TA, she worked at General Atlantic.
