TA Announces Global 2026 Mid-Year Promotions

BOSTON — July 1, 2026 — TA Associates (“TA”), a leading global private equity firm, today announced several senior promotions across the Firm’s global offices, effective July 1, 2026.

On TA’s investment team, Conor Gallagher and Carl Melbye Eide have been promoted to Vice President. Within the Strategic Resource Group, Max Bulger and Ritika Chandra have been promoted to Principal; Rose Deschamps, Daniel Ra, and Jerome Ribiere have been promoted to Senior Vice President; Reese Gibson and Jameson Lee have been promoted to Vice President. Within the Capital Markets Group Kaleigh Studdert has been promoted to Vice President. On the Firm’s Investor Relations team Jennifer Zhao has been promoted to Senior Vice President. On the Corporate team, Andrew Bille was promoted to Vice President.

INVESTMENT STAFF

• Conor Gallagher earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Conor focuses on investments in financial services and business services companies across Europe, with a specific focus on the U.K. and Ireland. He is currently actively involved in TA’s investments in Fairstone Group, FGE NexantECA, Inspired, and MRH Trowe. Prior to joining TA, Conor was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan.

• Carl Melbye Eide earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Carl focuses on investments in technology companies across Europe, with a specific focus on Northern Europe. He is currently actively involved in TA’s investments in Cyncly, Epassi, Hubexo, and IFS. Prior to joining TA, Carl was an Associate at Morgan Stanley.

STRATEGIC RESOURCE GROUP

• Max Bulger earned the promotion to Principal. Based in TA’s Menlo Park office, Max focuses on artificial intelligence initiatives at the firm, partnering with portfolio companies to drive innovation and profitable growth through new technology. Prior to joining TA, he was an Executive Director at Vista Equity Partners, and previously served as a Partner at EY Parthenon, as well as a Product Manager at eBay/Paypal and other early-stage startups.

• Ritika Chandra earned the promotion to Principal. Based in TA’s Mumbai office, Ritika is the Head of Responsible Investing & Cross-Portfolio Initiatives. Ritika leads TA's global Responsible Investing Program, integrating responsible investing considerations across the Firm's investment process, and also leads portfolio-wide strategic initiatives to drive value creation across TA's global portfolio. Prior to joining TA in 2021, Ritika was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company. Previously, Ritika was an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse.

• Rose Deschamps earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Rose leads TA’s human capital efforts across the firm’s portfolio companies in EMEA, partnering with management teams and TA’s investment team to identify world-class leaders. She manages relationships with executive search firms, develops TA’s global network of top c-suite, board member, and advisor talent. Prior to joining TA, Rose served as Team Leader at Executive Nexus. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart and a Researcher at Egon Zehnder.

• Daniel Ra earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s Hong Kong office, Daniel leads SRG’s activities across the Asia-Pacific region, partnering with management teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance performance, and drive strategic value creation. Prior to joining TA, Daniel was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

• Jerome Ribiere earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Jerome partners with management teams to improve the financial operations of TA portfolio companies and provides technical, transaction and IPO support. Prior to joining TA, he worked as a Director in Transaction Services at Deloitte.

• Reese Gibson earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s Boston office, Reese focuses on key talent initiatives across TA’s portfolio companies to support their continued growth. She partners with management teams and TA’s investment team to identify and recruit high-impact senior executives, board members, and advisors. Prior to joining TA, Reese was a Senior Associate at Calibre One.

• Jameson Lee earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s London office, Jameson focuses on value creation and performance improvement for TA’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining TA, Jameson was an Associate at Boston Consulting Group.

CAPITAL MARKETS GROUP

• Kaleigh Studdert earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s Boston office, Kaleigh focuses on providing support to overall capital markets activities for both new acquisitions and portfolio companies. Prior to joining TA, she was an Associate in Capital Markets/Leveraged Finance at Citizens Financial Group.

INVESTOR RELATIONS TEAM

• Jennifer Zhao earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. Based in TA’s Menlo Park Office, Jen focuses on the firm's relationships with Limited Partners, primarily in North America. Prior to joining TA, she held investor relations and capital formation roles at Certares Management, Genstar Capital, and TPG Capital, and began her career in the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

CORPORATE TEAM

• Andrew Bille earned the promotion to Vice President. Based in TA’s Boston office, Andrew is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and cash management of the TA Funds. Prior to joining TA, he worked as an Assurance Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
