TA Convenes Portfolio Company Finance Leaders for Global NetSuite AI Workshops
TA's Strategic Resource Group (SRG) recently convened chief financial officers (CFOs) and finance leaders from across the portfolio for joint NetSuite AI Workshops in Boston and London.
Each full-day workshop provided attendees with practical, applied training on how AI can strengthen finance operations, informed by live implementation sessions within guests’ own NetSuite systems or preferred LLM environments.
Each program opened with a foundational overview of how AI is reshaping the role of the CFO, including a discussion of security and governance considerations and a live demonstration of AI applied to a real-world finance scenario. Attendees then participated in working sessions focused on adopting AI in their own roles, selecting a specific use case and identifying the context, desired outputs, and prompts required to execute it. The workshops concluded with guidance on incorporating these practices and tools into ongoing workflows and expanding their use across each attendee’s job responsibilities.
Beyond the technical training, the sessions gave attendees an opportunity to learn from each other, reflecting SRG's broader commitment to connecting portfolio leaders and supporting continuous learning across TA's global network.
