TA Convenes Portfolio Company Leaders for NA HR Leaders Forum
TA’s Strategic Resource Group (SRG) recently hosted a Human Resources Leaders Forum in the firm’s Boston office, convening CHROs and HR leaders from across TA’s North America portfolio for a dedicated forum on talent, leadership, and organizational strategy.
Over the course of the program, attendees engaged in discussions focused on today’s talent landscape, including the evolving role of the CHRO as a transformation leader and strategic partner to the CEO and Board; aligning culture with business growth; M&A integration and organizational design; and AI as a workforce and operating model shift. The agenda featured a mix of presentations, panel discussions and roundtables led by TA portfolio company leaders, SRG members and external speakers. Sessions included, among others:
