TA Convenes EMEA Portfolio Company Leaders for Customer Success Conference
On November 27th, 2025, TA’s Strategic Resource Group (SRG) hosted a Customer Success Conference in TA’s London office, uniting more than 22 Customer Success leaders from across the firm’s EMEA portfolio for a full day of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
The conference explored the evolving role of Customer Success and the strategic impact it has on driving growth. The agenda featured a mix of presentations, case studies and working sessions. Sessions led by portfolio companies include:
- Scaling Customer Success for growth with Toby Donald, Chief Customer Officer, SER Group, offering a case study on designing a scalable, repeatable Customer Success function that has operating leverage.
- Leveraging centers of excellence and tracking performance with Jean de Villiers, Chief Customer Officer, Unit4, showcasing a reporting platform demo with discussions on reporting meaningful KPIs and how to use them to inform decision making.
- What’s next for Customer Success led by Terry Taylor, Chief Operating Officer, The Access Group, rounding out the programming with insights on the influence of AI and data, and where the Customer Success function should trend in the future.
