TA Convenes EMEA Portfolio Company Leaders for CHRO Conference
TA’s Strategic Resource Group (SRG) recently convened CHROs and senior human resources leaders from across the firm’s EMEA portfolio for a two-day conference in London focused on organizational resilience and leadership in an AI-driven business environment.
The program brought together more than 30 executives to discuss how organizations are adapting their operating models, talent strategies and workplace structures amid accelerating advances in artificial intelligence. Across presentations, peer discussions and interactive workshops, attendees explored the evolving responsibilities of the Chief People Officer and the growing importance of AI fluency within the people function.
