TA Convenes EMEA Portfolio Company Leaders for CFO Forum
TA's Strategic Resource Group (SRG) recently hosted a CFO Forum in London, bringing together senior finance leaders from across the Firm's EMEA portfolio for two days of programming centered on the defining themes shaping the function today.
Over the course of the program, CFOs and senior finance professionals engaged in presentations, fireside chats, interactive workshops, and peer roundtables. Session themes included how AI is redefining Finance processes and the role of the CFO, best practices for managing costs in a challenging macro environment, and the frameworks and communication skills needed to deliver a successful exit.
