EMEA People Leaders Convene at TA’s CHRO Conference
In May, TA hosted an EMEA CHRO Conference, uniting more than 20 leaders across its portfolio for two days of networking and discussion around key functional priorities. Facilitated by TA’s Strategic Resource Group, the gathering provided a platform to explore innovative solutions to today’s most pressing people challenges, underscoring the pivotal role HR plays in driving organizational success and fostering a resilient, dynamic workforce.
Conversation topics included transformational M&A, the complexities of people integration, employee engagement and best practice HR reporting. In addition to portfolio company representatives, guest speakers at the Conference included:
