Tanya Hendricks, Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Hendricks will lead 8am’s product transformation and innovation strategy. She brings more than 25 years of experience in product development, finance, and strategy to her role, most recently serving as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for Procure Analytics where she led corporate strategy and data and analytics. Prior to that, she was the Chief Commercial Officer at Project Canary and Chief Operating Officer at Enverus, as well as a Lecturer with the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dave Schielein, Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Schielein will lead 8am’s unified go-to-market functions. He brings more than 20 years of payments industry experience to his role, having scaled high-growth technology companies from early-stage start-up to global Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining 8am, Schielein served as Chief Revenue Officer for Procare Solutions, where he executed the company’s growth and revenue strategy, oversaw new sales, and grew its portfolio and payment operations. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at FIS and held senior leadership roles at Worldpay and SecureNet Payments.

Lorraine Vargas, Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Vargas will lead 8am’s global people and talent development strategies. With more than 20 years of experience, she has built and led workforce strategies that fuel business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth for prominent technology companies including ESO, A Cloud Guru, Mendix, athenahealth, Dell Technologies, and Schneider Electric.
